Digestive Health Clinic, LLC & Idaho Endoscopy Center, LLC are pleased to introduce two new check in options for your convenience: UStart and UArrive. We have partnered with Otech to provide these new technologies.

Ustart gives you the ability to get all your patient forms done in the comfort of your home before you come into the office. After you are scheduled, you will receive a secure link to your patient forms by email. Once you finish your electronic patient forms, you will receive a secure check-in code to use when you arrive in our office. No more paper forms to complete and bring with you on the date of your appointment. You can also take care of your copays or balances electronically through Instamed at www.instamed.com. If you need to provide us an image of your insurance card you can choose to include a picture of it in your e-check in or scan it into our system when you arrive. By entering your check in code when you arrive, the medical assistant for your provider is automatically notified that you are ready to be seen.

Uarrive gives you the ability to complete patient forms, sign forms, and make payments on a kiosk instead of speaking to a receptionist. The information you enter in the kiosk is immediately available to our staff. Changes to your address or pharmacy, for example, do not have to be filled out on a paper, and manually updated by our staff. They are updated instantly in real time. The Uarrive software will display to you the previous information you have in our system and allow you to update if necessary. This means no more refilling out forms from the beginning each year when nothing has changed.
