Dr. Mallory was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and joined the Digestive Health Clinic in 2003. He received his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Amherst College. He then pursued his medical degree at Duke University School of Medicine in North Carolina, followed by an Internship and Residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. He stayed on at UW for an additional three years to complete his GI fellowship, where he received training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy. He has published extensively in the gastroenterology literature, and he’s been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. Since joining the Digestive Health Clinic, he has served on numerous committees at both DHC and also Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, where he’s currently in his eleventh year on the hospital’s Credentials Committee.
