Troy grew up in Rathdrum, Idaho and decided to move to the Treasure Valley to attend The College of Idaho for his undergraduate degree in Health Science. After graduating, he attended Idaho State University’s nursing program in Meridian, Idaho for his Bachelor’s in Nursing Degree. Following this, he worked as a bedside RN on various medical/surgical floors at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center for three and a half years. During this time, he attended Northwest Nazarene University’s Family Nursing Practitioner Program, where he received his Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
